I am allergic to pet dander too and I still have had cats my whole life I take a lot of allergy medicine to have my cats it is super sweet that you are considerate of his allergies though

Cats usually prefer brisket beef over steaks, as steak is rough to chew and brisket is usually pretty fatty and softer. so if you ever have an end piece of that or a rib, give them the fat and they will love you forever. just make sure it does not have a bunch of garlic on it as it upsets their little tummies
