Because this is a disturbing stuff, a real lesson that life is not always fair and just, and because NJ has more value than Illit, the latter will get the shorter end of the stick since business is business

Yunah has little attachment with the rest of the group so she will act loyal to the company since that is where her future lies
She knows the NJ members and will force others to make peace with them. If it alienates her from Illit, she does not care since she knows she is not really loved by anyone.

Not now, but when the NJ circus subsides Ador will ask for a reconciliation between the acts. Le Sserafim will comply, and Katseye too since they won't face NJ ever again,
but it is very likely that there will be an internal division between Yunah and at least Wonhee/Iroha about whether to accept NJ's 'apology'.
And Yunah will sell the rest out to strengthen her position in Hybe.
