Meals you make using Ground Beef?

Made a Goulash using up remaining ground beef and vegetables from the fridge. Nice Winter meal.

Chef John browns the ground beef and boils off the liquid. I did that.

Copying Taco Bell crispy Taco.

Makes 7 tacos - 10 oz 80/20 ground beef. Shredded Lettuce and Cheddar cheese. Taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce.

Open Face Sloppy Joes.

3 slices of toasted Bread. 11oz of the Ground Beef, shredded cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce.
