I am sitll unsure why kpop companies take forever to open up individual accounts.
At least with Twice, I believe the usual explanation is that the company didn't want the members to build up individual popularity, thus increasing the likelihood that they'd renew as a group, which would be financially beneficial to JYPE. The reasoning makes some intuitive sense, but it's speculation at this point.
