Tbh I think SM done a great job changing the lyrics the way they did! everything else is basically the same 
I don’t know the process but I know they actively worked with FLO to produce The chase
maybe this was the final draft before changing it to a korean song

Flo spoke about this and said their label wanted them to release it 2 years ago, but they sold it to SM. Flo is a very talented group and it would be nice if they did a remix with H2H. I think it would help out both groups.
They are indeed right about the lyrics being much different than H2H version 
. I guess SM gave them the blessing to leak their demo.
