NewJeans Fandom Name

There has been many discussions about the possibility of NewJeans losing rights to their IP when they leave HYBE and I (maybe others too) have been wondering if this would apply to their fandom name also.

Do you think NewJeans will keep their fandom name the same when they leave HYBE?

Not sure if someone can confirm it since I'm not 100% sure but if I'm not wrong the fandom name is not copyrighted, they should be able to use it without any problem.
