I mean I do not have it memorized or anything but yes all websites have a database of who visits. It is required. Usually the only time we notice is if someone is acting silly then suddenly a new profile under the identical IP pops up or if we see a bunch of bots joining with the same IP at once. Bots is usually the one that happens most.
