I think you have good points. Esp on training matches, it says stats are equalized but it plays one sided. Maybe those other players just practice a lot. I don't get how a platinum soldier can take you down so quickly, seems like they have more powerful weapons. Aero is a joke, esp with the bot matches where the bots are so low level. And it's impossible to get pve missions at hard levels completed without everyone being 20k plus rating, and that never happens with random team matching. So I think the p2w gets you even in pve. I can't imagine how much money the p2w ppl are spending to get 25k plus ratings. I got gold gear by crafting and selling a lot of purple gear or unfinished goods and then buying gold gear. Rarely craft gold gear on my own. They have to be using the gold crystals to lock two stats, and I think you have to buy those with RCs (so real money). It's not fun to grind for resources and then craft crappy gear that's a waste of time.
