Which means JYP was aware of Bibi long before, and that is true since prior to that he used Bibi in one of his songs in 2019

Although Hyo is not a hit singer herself, she was with SNSD and a longtime SM artist, which means Bibi was known among people in SM as well.
So. although Bibi's rise to superstardom through Jang Kiha's song was a bit surprising since she was mostly known as a rapper, industry insiders probably didn't see anything strange about Bibi's rise - they knew she was going to rise one way or another, sooner or later, although not in the way it actually transpired. JYP and Hyo would not have worked with Bibi if they didn't see a potential on her.

I do not follow pop often enough to know who might be the potential Bibi who would bring down BTS. The artist, who might be male or female, would be in the industry, collaborating with better known names, somewhat known to the insiders but not that well known.
But it would be a name who is not that familiar now, but would probably make people realize that the person was going to be big one day.
It is unlikely that Hybe will do the research for BTS, but RM should use all of his connections to find out who might be the next Bibi against BTS, and would have to develop a strategy to defuse that threat.
