why was baemon's batter up released at midnight KST?

midnight KST releases as far as i know are usually for schedules, concept photos, MV teasers or even b-sides MVs. this is definitely not just a b-side MV lol it's probably the most anticipated debut

let’s say they are aiming globally then shouldn’t it be released on Friday for billboard tracking at least?
