    I get really competitive playing ranked games. Be that Hearthstone, Overwatch, Fall Guys, Beat Saber or even Fortnite. I hate to loose due to lag or trolling. I ruined quite a few of dual-shock controllers that way. This is why I stopped playing ranked games altogether. I sold my PS4 and am now playing a lot more non-competitive games and single player roguelikes. I don‘t rage any more and am controlling it pretty well. I‘m even attempting more difficult games like Doom Eternal now and I still manage fine. It takes some time, but you will find your tranquility. Just take a break :)
