I don't get the motive behind getting junior grps to be similar to senior grps

Isn't baemon pretty bad example because you have not even heard single song by them?

In respects to the group, if there is a lack of creativity and awareness of the distinct qualities of a group’s aura, what can you really expect?

About covers, I don’t see anything wrong with paying homage. It can look “lackish” if a newer group doesn’t have much or any catalog quality in their disco before covering an earlier group though.

What they cover is irrelevant to me. It just show basic skills of the members. What is more important what their own songs will sound like.

so now junior groups can't even cover senior groups' song? it's not even a big deal

the only one who resembles bp member is chiquita and it's mainly because of her hairstyle, if she doesn't have bangs she won't look much like lisa

few reasons I can think of

-showcase their talent by doing a dance cover
they can equal or do be better than their seniors?

- passing of torch
as their seniors already disband or incoming disbandment 😅
is perfect time to jump with the successor (replacement)
