Is it me or AKP seems slower after whatever maintenance they had?

using akp on phone and i can't even see my notifications, i have been tapping on that notification icon for so long but to my disappointment, its just not showing up the notifications tab. So i gave up.

It's getting better now

But there is a small bug for the grouped notification panel (and the drop down nav panel).

its bugged for me on phone. i cant see notifications when i tap on it
