my bet is late march early april.

prob announcement is mid march and promo will start before his world tour (april) so he has more songs to perform.

It looks like Jimin will be releasing his album in early March and Suga towards the end of April. Frankly, if that's the case, I'm annoyed that there is so little time between the two of their albums.
