    Basically yes. They started this in 2018. Nowadays we can't find streaming and download raw numbers anymore unless they pass for a certification. So these points r all we can go by. It's updated every week. But we don't know the formula they use to calculate all this. Right now all songs have diminished digital index. In 2018 they were huge numbers.

    So it means that all the index is referred to as public consumption. Or is it adding to IFANS's download & streaming too?
