Why did aespa attend kamp la instead of kcon?

Pretty sure they got invited to kcon but I don't get why SM is sending aespa to kamp la instead of a popular already established kpop event like kcon? Is SM making odd decisions for aespa?

Because they were already in us when kamp LA was because they had the launch of their nft

When does SM ever make decisions that make sense?

They didn't send them to KCON because they were performing in the big SMTOWN event in Seoul, which happened at the same time as KCON. NCT Dream did go to both but they're also more experienced performers than aespa to turn around and do another performance again after flying.

lets make aespa unique, like BP that never goes to popular kpop events - cos they are superior and don`t mingle with lesser people-
