Is it possible to learn this power?
This should be in basic education for children....
Actually, we did learn this in school but I guess it just jumped over some heads completely?
But I am curious...what are the secrets to sleeping correctly?
It takes a bit of practice to get right, but there are several steps to going to sleep quickly.
It's kind of like meditating, sort of. Breathing patterns, muscle tensing and relaxing in sequence, etc.
I can go from wide awake to fast asleep in about 15 minutes if I have to.
It's just really hard to explain unless you're with someone in person.
