Does a loud backtrack count as live singing?

  • I guess this is about Blackpink? I hate the loud backtrack they use. Especially when their vocals aren't stable it sounds like the sound is cutting in and out.

  • Don't be shy, name the group. Maybe then you'll get some of that attention you crave so bad. For now tho hate to break it to you but you flopped

  • It’s technically still live but it shows a big lack of confidence in their abilities

  • It's still live, just less impressive when you can hardly hear the real live voices above the loud soundtrack.

  • lol all kpop groups do that, agree they are all embarrassing then

  • It’s technically still live but don’t see much point with it if you can’t hear them anyways. Just feels like they’re trying to score brownie points but don’t have the confidence to actually sing live

  • Tell that to most K-pop groups

  • Does this includes your faves?

  • I'm Army.

BP did well despite their limitations though.

  • Technically it is singing: It is singing that cannot be heard. ^^

  • If the backtrack is louder than their voices then no

  • In televised events, microphones in general ain't louder than stereos, so that is why backtrack sound louder in every music shows. But in live when you go to an x act concert, you do hear the microphone more
