tax is a bit heavier yeah but it's also because the minimum monthly payment for the worker is just about 30% of Polish minimum, people kind of expect that Poland and Ukraine is the same because we are neighbor countries, but the fact is that
Poland is doing much better
You can't see it on graph but also there is much more billionaires in Ukraine than in Poland which suggests that there is also much more poor people there.

Thanks for the info. Yeah labor wage is something I didn't consider.
Not related to the topic, but that dip in the latter part of 00s, I'm assuming it's due to the financial crisis.
