Maybe not, but it's so ambiguous that HYBE can drag people through court for it. She has art of film stills on her walls. That's not proof of pedophilia. Supposedly in South Korea you can sue someone for telling the truth about you if you can prove it may adversely affect your career, and MHJ's scandal comes under that banner. Just threatening court will shut most people up.

The only icriminating thing about Min Hee Jin is her weird Instagram pics but none of those pics have underage girls in it so the people who used those as proof of her being a p*do definitely need to be sued. Sure, she may like Lolita aesthetics which can be considered creepy but since when is that illegal? Lolita aesthetics are popular in a lot of places including Japan with the fashion and even IU and Sulli used lolita aesthetics.
People need to realize just how damaging it is to demonize a whole person and defame her name without any real facts other than a few pics on Instagram that hell could have even be gifted to her. I'm not saying it was, but just saying there are a lot of missing contexts and everyone was basically just making presumptions without knowing any facts or having real evidence and were just throwing the words p*do around.
Even in SM her main job was mostly graphic design. She wasn't the only one responsible for a lot of the troubling concepts that happened with SM groups but all the blame fell on her shoulders when all she was in charge of was literally art.

They've had a enough and no longer want people to damage their reputation/image and are now sueing to silence people whether the allegations are true or not. Hybe and M Heejin should professionally explain everything instead.
I am personally not a fan M Heejin's work and her love for lollita and idk maybe NJ are also a fan of lolita and they are perfectly fine with it! You never know with people

Then there should be proof of it. You cant just go around accusing people of what in most of the world is considered the most heinous crime there is, without any tangible evidence of it. Accusations like can/will ruin peoples whole life.
