FOL had more songs no doubt but I think the old songs very much helped in gaining more streams for aespa.
As for pure sales, it is very fandom driven and twice will definitely sell more this time given nayeon herself did 50k+. 4th gen groups already have a bigger and easier headstart.
Not impossible for aespa to reach twice level but it's a long way to go as twice themselves are still improving and very good touring power
