Update me about jhope album and why army angry

I'm not army, but they seem disappointed with the albums? Will it be counted as physical sales for gaon if there's no cd?

Yeah they said it'll be counted towards Gaon. Many fans are angry because its just Photocard and a holder with a QR code at the back which allows you to stream the album at digital platform , it only favours Korean fans since its cheap but international fans has to buy it for 50$(because weverse shipping is really high) and it won't be counted towards BB either.

But gaon didn't count gd usb album with a link inside it though. Are u sure gaon will count it?

no cd, no photobook. So it won't be counted for Billboard, neither do you get to see pretty pictures. Of course, they will be pissed.

Okay so there are a lot of problems with it

1. It's basically not a album just some photocards with a QR code to download the album

2. It 10$ but the international shipping is 40-50$, who in their right mind would pay this much shipping for 2 photocards

3.It doesn't count towards billboard

4.The stupid weverse app is gonna take streams away for nothing and you can't even play the album outside the app unlike a CD

5. all other hybe groups are getting 5-10 versions for their recent album but j-hope is not even getting 1

6. Hybe is using BTS to promote their app

Exactly THIS. I remember knetz draging him and gaon not counting his usb as album I think it was before military service. That's why I asked people here if they're sure it'll be counted no one replied me either here nor on twt but someone from irl said it'll b counted. I've no source yet.
