Brazilian judge refuses abortion for 11-year-old rape victim

I'm against termination, but given the child's age it should've been an exception. A lot of rape cases involving children were from family members which makes it even worse considering it's incest. It means the poor child is going to have to go through the vagaries of pregnancy and childbirth because of some low life. These cases are always sad.

I'm glad she was able to get an abortion. She suffered a traumatic event in her life and then had to be put through that situation at 11 years old. A CHILD. I'm happy so many people were trying to help her too.
