It's cringey, gimmicky and childish. Which is fine enough if implemented well, but it isn't even implemented well. The AI's are laughable, the few times they've attempted to integrate the AI's live were embarrassing and the idea just seems to be half assed.

It will hold them back in the West, as most people wont care for the dumb, childish idea.

They can keep the aesthetic and sound, but should phase out the AI nonsense and silly lore.
