everytime i watch an interview or any kind of kpop video, there's always a bunch of people complaining about the lack of subtitles. i think they're overestimating how difficult korean is to learn. if they spent less time on spreadsheets to own the enemy

fandom and more time reading books, they wouldn't have that problem. i used to just rely on fansubs but i got so annoyed at how long it took to just translate a ten minute video that i decided to learn it myself. when you finally get decent at it, you'll be surprised at how inaccurate those fansubs really are-- and even official subs, sometimes. plus, learning a language is actually good for your brain. fans should probably take it easy on the ice cream, too. just looking out for them
