Controversial take: people who watch solo fancams and facecams (i.e. the cams that focus on body of one idol all the time) of kpop idol group's performances are creeps

    Approved the thread.
  • It's time we have something called "Ok Karen" as well

  • focusing on multiple body's is better?? or do you mean when they zoom in on the body's etc cause if it's the former you're weird

  • Looking at FACEcam is creepy? At this rate we should gauge our eyes out so we don’t become creepy.

  • how do admiring idols' look/dance creepy? at this point, you are a creep too for looking at your bias :teeheek:

  • This person is right, u must be equally thirsty for all the members. Communism for the thirsty!

  • why is it creepy looking at face lol u're so weird op.

  • i like watching the solo fancams because they show the whole body the entire time and you can actually appreciate the choreo the members spent so long learning. I don't know how it's creepy to appreciate choreo... (I've never heard of solo facecams but I would avoid those.)

What is shown in actual music shows is fully of shaky cam, random zoom in/zoom out, quick cuts, shoulder and head shots and it really makes me wonder sometimes what the point of choreo is when no one can appreciate it.

  • You are so weird op. Lol

I love solo cams and watch every members separately. Lol Some parts of the choreo easier to spot when they do different things. Grow up.

Facecams aren't even bad, by the way. They're not exactly close-up shots of the face as you might think. They still zoom out from time to time, but the purpose is to highlight the performer's facial expressions, which are a big part of the performance. I'm sure you've come across praise about facial expressions.

Again, it's only weird if you make it weird.

I didn't say they were bad or weird, it just doesn't sound like something I would want to watch...

And now that you've explained what they are (btw I've never seen any praise about facial expressions), they still don't sound like something I would want to watch...

  • I watch solo fancams because my bias group has over 10 members and it's the easiest way to watch my ult's performance.

Facecams annoy me though. everyone smirking and sticking their tongues out and acting up. Much too much.
