They definitely will renew their contracts for 5 More years,here's to hoping that means more songs per release 🔥
Renewing is a given but I think it'll move towards more solo stuff with occasional OT4.

I don't think so because YG will need to send them on tour every 2 years max so we will for sure get a new album every 2 years max
I think in their 2nd contract,the pinks will release more music than in their first(both as a group & solo)

Since all of them are still exploring themselves and new different sounds, it probably make sense to do that solo or as sub-units while keeping to the Blackpink brand when they go OT4.
