Why is Cha Eunwoo not more popular internationally?

I think his popularity in Asia is huge. He always appear in the top 10 of some lists so either people can't accept that a non big3/4 idol is insanely popular or people are deliberately excluding Asia when talking about ww popularity.

Idk. He's the hottest idol for me by a LARGE margin.

I got to the point that i watch a drama just because he's in it. LOL

He's very popular just not in kpop circles. It's not possible for him to have 28m followers which is half Korea's entire population and only be popular in korea. He's very well known for his acting.
