Hwang Jung Eum (황정음) is a Korean pop singer and actress under Sidus HQ agency. She debuted with the girl group Sugar in 2002 as a sub vocalist, but left in 2005 to pursue a solo career. In 2009 she arose to fame with her participation on the TV show We Got Married along SG Wannabe' leader Kim Yong Jun. In 2016 she would marry millionaire professional golfer Lee Young Don, and then file for divorce in 2020. She would file for a second time in 2023 and would out the fact that her husband was quite abusive and she had tried to leave multiple times on the show "The Most Dangerous Drinking Party Ever". She stated "My ex-husband would always tell me to leave when he would get home from work. He would say, ‘Leave! It’s my house.’ So we fought. Eventually, I took out a loan to buy a house in Itaewon, and my ex-husband didn't know I bought the house. We reconciled, and I just couldn’t bear the thought of another fight for the sake of the kids. I tried to make it work." “I knew I was done with my ex-husband way back in 2020.
