Chiquita is the lead vocalist, lead dancer, sub-rapper, and maknae of the South Korean girl group BABYMONSTER.
II. Biography
Chiquita was born Riracha Phondechaphiphat (ริรชาพรเดชาพิพัฒน์) on February 17th, 2009 in Thailand. She can speak Thai and English and is still studying Korean. Her education was at Sarasas Witaed Nakhonratchasima School in Thailand. Her nickname is Canny.
III. Career
Chiquita was revealed to be a member of BABYMONSTER in 2023. She is one of the two Thai members of BABYMONSTER (the other being Pharita).
She is the member of BABYMONSTER with the shortest training time (1 year, 9 months). She auditioned with the Future bass song In The Name Of Love by American singer Bebe Rexha and Dutch DJ Martin Garrix. Chiquita is the lead dancer, lead vocalist, and sub-rapper of BABYMONSTER likely because of training well enough to have the shortest training time out of any other BABYMONSTER member.
