    LØREN announced his debut on November 8, 2020. He then released different teaser images and an MV teaser in the days after up until the official release on November 13.


    'Empty Trash' was not widely available on music streaming platforms initially, but was later included as a b-side for the single 'NEED (ooo-eee)' which was released on July 29, 2021 to various music streaming platforms.
