Hyungseop is a member of Yuehua Entertainment's boy group TEMPEST. He is also a former member of the duo group HyeongseopXEuiwoong and a former contestant on Produce 101 Season2.
II. Career
Hyungseop made his first public appearance as a contestant on Mnet's survival show Produce 101 Season 2. He made it the final episode at rank #16 and was eliminated.
He made his acting debut on Naver TV Cast's show Mischievous Detectives on September 12, 2017.
Hyunseop made his idol debut with fellow Produce 101 Season 2 contestant Euiwoong through the duo group HyeongseopXEuiwoong. They debuted on November 2 with the release of their single album The Moment of Memory. The group's last release was their mini album Color of Dream in 2018, and they have not made any releases or done activity since.
On October 4, 2021, Star News revealed that Yuehua Entertainment was set to debut their new boy group TEMPEST in the second half of 2021, and that both Hyunseop and Euiwoong would be members of the group. However, plans fell through. He was officially announced to be part of the group's lineup on January 3, 2022 through TEMPEST's social media. He is the fourth member to be revealed.
