  • I. Introduction

    Wave is the first solo EP by Korean singer, songwriter and rapper Colde. It was released on September 13, 2018 and features 8 songs, including the title track "Freedom."


    II. Background & Release

    After releasing several EPs and singles as part of the kr&b duo offonoff and writing and recording with other artists, Colde released his first solo work in 2018, beginning with his debut solo single "Your Dog Loves You." Colde wrote the majority of offonoff's songs and continued to write for himself and other artists.


    Wave is his first solo EP. The songs reflects portions of the stripped back, guitar-focused mellow style that permeates all of his work, although this album is more hip hop focused than later releases.
