Its a standard market/sentiment research report. Its done to guage consumer sentiment and market outlook. Everybody does it. Might as well be mad at everybody because there are AI softwares that specifically does it now. Companies heavily reliant on public relationships with their products will be insane in this environment to not do it. Idols are unfortunately heavily reliant on public sentiment.
