Rosé is the musically inclined indie girl and fits the mould of a traditional female soloist so let's give her tons of music shows appearances. Her first language is English? Let's give her some American appearances too.
Lisa is not that popular in korea. But she has a huge ass fandom who will buy everything physical she puts out. So let's make money from her. Let's do as many fansigns as you can to make her album reach 1m sales and make her the first female soloist in ages to do so, and earn shit load of money.
Jisoo is the actress so let's give her a kdrama. I won't be surprised if her solo is just her Kdrama ost tbh. And I doubt she will get any, and I mean any international promo if her actual solo is released. Cause she isn't that popular in western countries. She could get promo in Japan tho.

Your frustrations about lack of promo and terrible roll outs are completely valid both in the context of solos and group, but at the end of the day if that's the mindset a company has then nothing can be done about it truly.

I think a lot of people misunderstood that lilies attacked other members because they have better promotions than Lisa. We did not. We just wanted to show the differences between how other members were done compared to Lisa's solo. Lisa only had ONE interview so far and ONE performance on Jimmy Fallon show. That's all. Look at Rosé's interviews. Lisa has a big fan base in China and she had no interviews with any media channel there. I feel like no one in YG put an effort and had any plan to promote her.
