    Yes they should unless they're from a major company and have little to no debt. Most idols, even ones who experience moderate success, end up with very little to show for their time in the industry. When their group disbands, only one or two members have career opportunities. A lot of these idols are trained since their early teens and become heavily dependent on their managers and companies to instruct them on what to do and how to behave. When they go back to being regular civilians, they face added difficulty due to their inexperience with the real world. It's awful to think about. Apparently a lot of them turn to work in unsavory areas just to make ends meet. At least, those who have a college education can try their hands at more skilled labor. Seeing as Korea's education rate is pretty high, I imagine most jobs require a reasonably high level of education such as a college degree.
