deal drugs
Rape women
Record videos of rapes and sell/share them
He personally had friends who raped women (they've been jailed) and was in group chats with them. One text implies he saw or knew of the rape videos.
He used prostitutes to pay for sex parties to get deals done. Prostitution is technically illegal in Korea. He was linked to using YG business credit cards implicating YG himself. His own ramen business was also under investigation and has many branches closed with lots losing jobs though no fault of their own.
There a possible links with him and police offers who took bribes to look the other way for his other clubs and burning son.
That's just the stuff we know, there's probably a lot more we don't know. For example when he has a car accident the denied medical treatment and left ambulance midway with his manager, it could be likely he was under the influence at the time.
So yeah, poor little seungri. The whole world is against the poor little baby

The prosecutors/police investigated for almost two years, yet what they charged him for had nothing to do with the original burning sun allegations. In the end no person or victim came forward or wanted to press charges
The actual sentences:
* Prostituion mediation and prostitution for self (confirmed to been paid by Yoo In-seok)
* Distirubtion of obscene material (one pornographic image shared)
* Habitual gambling and violation of foreign transaction act(gambling in las vegas)
* Embezzlement (from the company he had shares in, it was the largest shareholder that decided about the payout, but seungri still recieved the money)
* Violation of food sanitiation act (for declaring monkey museum as a restuarant instead of an entertainment establishment, basically tax evasion)
* Eliciting violence (for getting gang members to threaten two men, the alleged victims testified they didnt feel threatned and didnt know seungri was involved, neither wanted to press charges)

Human trafficking is forced labour/slavery by definition. Someone traveling around selling sex by their own free will is not human trafficking.

I don't like him but I can't get worked up about his own sibling trying to help him feel supported. I'm sure he has some fans who are more devoted than before, like those women who write to death row prisoners. I think he's a trash person. For his group members to literally warn him about his behaviour in interviews... He was in one of the biggest kpop groups and he couldn't be satisfied with what he had.
