Do you floss?

  • Suddenly getting into dental care and I only brushed my teeth once a day and used mouthwash, now I’m learning I should be flossing and using mouthwash before brushing teeth ;( are there any dentist on here, what’s your opinion?

  • No, I do brush twice a day though

  • Yeah. Not flossing is one of the main habits that lead to caries, I'd much rather be without mouthwash than dental floss. (Years ago it used to be the opposite... I hated flossing and thought I wasnt able to do it properly. No wonder I was always going to the dentist). My teeth is much better now, also because I learned how to brush the right way (you don't rinse the toothpaste foam after you brush, you just spit out. Same effect as a mouthwash, even more effective imo).

  • Not a dentist btw. As an adult who still have milk teeth I was forced to do what's best for my pearls.

I was just reading up on it, I can’t believe you’re not meant to rinse after brushing ;( To think I’ve been brushing my teeth wrong all this time :pleading:

  • Brush, floss, and use mouthwash if you can! dental hygiene is so so important. We use our teeth everyday to eat, so why not try and protect them if we can! Also, not just teeth, but the gums around it too! Very important.

  • you have to brush 2 a day at least floss everyday + use mouthwash everyday

  • Floss in the evening - every day.

    Don’t rinse after brushing.

Also rinse after every acid/low ph value drink as well as soda, citrus, food that stick to teeths like raisins, or better after each meal.

And see a dentist every 6 months.

  • I use kpop group photocards to floss.

  • Yes, with waterpik water flosser
