A way to read this pidgin is to familiarize yourself with the african accent of english that is common to the african continent.
In effect, try to sound it out. its going to be rough but it reads almost like english
The purpose of pidgin is to provide "bridge language" so people can understand across languages like creole languages.
Edit: to clarify: pidgin is a class of intermediary languages that serve as bridges where common languages are not availiable.
