I am unsure as to exactly how we were supposed to do this but we have yet to get Stellar badges and I know some others had been interested in them in the past. So I am making this post to gauge support so Pikachu-Senpai and I can make some pitches for them etc. 
We need 10 supporters from what I understood of the new rules.
