HWANG HANA's *husband* , Mr. OH , did commit suicide in December 2020.

*Apparently* , as a result of Mr. OH making FALSE statements

to POLICE Investigators ... To the effect that Mr. OH had been directly

responsible for HWANG HANA's illegal drugs usage (needle injections).

Mr. OH was likely trying to shield HWANG HANA from POLICE arrest.

Later , *apparently* , Mr. OH felt very depressed about his lying to POLICE.

And subsequently , Mr. OH did have a personal suicide event.

NO IDEA here what the Appeals Court Judge will decide about HWANG HANA.

In the Appeals Court event of HWANG HANA (Age 33), the (wealthy) grand daughter of Namyang Dairy founder (a large size business firm) , who was handed over for Court Trial for taking illegal drugs again , during her Court Probation Period , the Prosecution suggested the same level of *2 Years* duration Prison time again. In Court , HWANG HANA cried loudly as --> ...

"I will do my best to stay away from illegal drugs usage."

Prosecutors demanded a 2 Years + 6 Months Prison duration , the same as in the original First Trial , at the Seoul Western District Court's Criminal Appeal Department , (Chief Judge Sung Ji-ho presiding) , on Oct. 28th , in which HWANG HANA previously was found guilty of illegal drugs usage.

The Prosecution argued as --> ... "The (original) First Trial determined a medications guilty (illegal drugs usage found)." ... And further stated --> ... "The grounds for the (HWANG HANA) conviction are the same. And if the video evidence taken at the time (by HWANG HANA acquaintances) is considered , then this Appeals Court determination will also be a found guilty outcome."

The Prosecutor further added --> ... "The (most) memorable image of the defendant's investigation (HWANG HANA in her original First Trial) is that she was trying to defend her current (repeat illegal drugs usage) situation." ... Further adding as --> ... "The defendant said she would not repeat the crime (of more illegal drugs usage during her previous Court Probation Period of 2 Years duration)" ... "But while denying the (illegal drugs usage) crime in the (Court Probation Violation) subsequent original First Trial , sourced from her previous Court Guilty finding case (Year 2019) , events soon became clear as a (repeat) crime (and subsequent current Court Guilty determination)."

The Prosecutor concluded as --> ... "I want to believe in the defendant's pledge to prevent a repeat offense (illegal drugs usage) in her letter (of Apology to the Judge). But I wonder if HWANG HANA , who is coping with the situation now (repeat illegal drugs usage) , will not stand at a (future) Court Trial again." ... (For further repeat illegal drugs usage) ... The Prosecutor then asked for a (2 Years + 6 Months duration) Prison Sentence (for HWANG HANA) , as in the original First Trial.

HWANG HANA stated as --> ... "I sincerely regret that I was (found guility of repeat illegal drugs usage) by the Court again." ... She added in her final statement --> ... "To be honest, I didn't want to admit that I was addicted to illegal drugs last year ... And I thought that I wouldn't do it (repeat illegal drugs usage) if I didn't want to do it any more." ... (Added observation --> So , HWANG HANA is telling the Appeals Court that she recognizes that she is a illegal drugs addict now. A medical situational failing on her part , and strongly regrets her situation).

As for the reason for taking (illegal) drugs during the Probation Period , HWANG HANA said (URL) as --> ... "I lived in a difficult situation with my father for a year duration (to try to quit my illegal drugs usage) ... But (eventually) , as I met my friends more (socially) , I met people that I had met before (in my previous illegal drugs usage situations) ... And I found out that if my friend who does (illegal) drugs is next to me , (then) I would go back to using illegal drugs (again)."

HWANG HANA also stated (URL) as --> ... "To be honest, I decided to do (all body hair removal = shaving) because there was a possibility that (illegal drugs medications) could come out of my hair." ... (With the intention to money profit from HWANG HANA's illegal drugs addiction situation) ... She further added as --> ... "It's going to be difficult , but I'll get rid of my cell phone ... And go live in the countryside (Rural S.K , not Seoul City) ... And live quietly and try to find a normal job that I can successfully work it."

In addition, HWANG HANA appealed with tears (crying loudly) , saying as --> ... "I have been out of my mind (mentally unstable) , due to sleeping pills (over usage) , and illegal drugs usage addiction , for the past three or four years." ... She added as --> ... "It's my only life , and I've been dealing with it in a (poor) trivial manner. I am very disappointed by my life situation now."

HWANG HANA further said as --> ... "I found out why it is a serious crime to use illegal drugs , and I have been arrested and found Court Guilty ... Even only with a simple medication , when there are no victims , there can be a problem for me ... I have cut off sleeping pills , that I relied on even more than (illegal) drugs (in the recent past) ... It seems to be the first step to quit (illegal) drugs (entirely) ... I will do my best to uphold my pledge (as stated by her via Apology Letters to the Appeals Court Judge , at least 13 in number) , taking any possible means."

HWANG HANA's Lawyer added his argument as --> ... "(HWANG HANA) The defendant is somewhat older in age (33) , but still young (and overly trusting in her mind set)." ... "She is not familiar with the world's affairs. She just assumes that people will be good to her." ... "I believe that (HWANG HANA) she will no longer do anything wrong (future) , and I ask for a light punishment , including fines."

HWANG HANA further stated as --> ... "I did not have the courage (in original First Trial to admit illegal drugs addiction and behavior) ... Because I was fearful of K-News Media public exposure ... And I had brought shame to my family." ... "I felt strong guilt and shame ... Because I have lived a life (mine) that was so broken (wrongful) these past few years."

HWANG HANA's next *sentencing determination* (Prison Time duration) Appeals Court Trial event will be held at 2:20 p.m. on November 15, 2021.

HWANG HANA was put on Trial in August last year (2020) on charges of injecting methamphetamine four times in residential areas and a motel , with her acquaintances. HWANG HANA is also accused of stealing goods worth $4275 USD , including luxury shoes , from an acquaintance's house in November of the same year (2020).

At the time of her indictment (arrest) , HWANG HANA was serving (2 Years duration) Court Probation (substitued for 1 Year duration in Prison) for taking illegal drugs. HWANG HANA was previously indicted on charges of injecting methamphetamine (illegal drugs) three times from May to September 2015 in Gangnam, Seoul. And buying it once (illegal drugs) and giving it to an acquaintance.

In the subsequent Year 2019 case , HWANG HANA was sentenced to one year duration in prison , converted instead to two years of Court Probation (NO JAIL time) in the First Trial in July 2019. And her sentence was confirmed (remained as that by Appeals Court decision) in November of the same year (2019).

HWANG HANA was later put on Court Trial this year (2021) on charges of taking illegal drugs again (during Court Probation Period from the Year 2019 case). The original First Trial sentenced HWANG HANA to *2 Years in Prison* duration (actual JAIL TIME , No Probation option). And ordered her to pay $350 USD in fines. Saying she committed the same-type crime (illegal drugs usage) , even during the Court Probation Period. And that she denied the crime and did not reflect on herself (show remorse).
