Basically non-Korean East Asians (as opposed to SEA based Z-pop) who do kpop (but can also sing in English and other languages). As a response to the extreme levels of xenophobia from Koreans who started to reject non-Koreans more than ever before. If Koreans can sing in English and chart in other countries, why can’t other Asians play their game also.
It’s like an Akatsuki equivalent of kpop.
