From your initial post the issue seems to be these people you're talking to not kpop itself.

cherryshiii As blink myself , my advice is to get away from all the bad vibes that affect your mood and mental health
Only participate in the activities you like to do, the things you can bear, the threads you want to read
it's also nice to have other activities or to find other passions outside of kpop.
so if sometimes kpop depressed you, another thing can make your day

sometimes i would find myself afraid to open messages, cos i know i would find something problematic and it affected me because i was already sensitive about personal problems...and that is the key
if you are using Kpop to escape your problems and you find more trouble there...maybe is time to get a rest from it too, or look for different was to approach it, not twitter
