As observation , I suspect that MODERNA is *disappointed* in the situation ...

Where they have *failed* to deliver the *quantity* as expected to S.KOREA on their vaccine ... The MODERNA (& PFIZER) Vaccine(s) works well enough ...

But production of it , and this is all new , might be a bit complex.

'PLEASE do what you can (MODERNA) to *ramp up* Vaccine production ...

S.KOREA will meanwhile adjust in a *S.K Citizens United* manner.'

Which , to be *blunt* , the USA has been in many *important* ways

a *FAILURE* on COVID-19 , in terms of USA Citizens getting Vaccinated.

S.KOREA can 'pull together' in this situation , and I *anticipate* that.

BIDEN and *WIFE* are decent people of compassion.

FAUCI and USA CDC (COVID-19) know their jobs.

S.KOREA is now owed a *debt* by MODERNA (USA).

So , go figure the best S.KOREA vaccine strategy from there.
