    One interesting point. Butter cd is counted as physical single. So it will be counted as physical single in ifpi chart .

    Not as an album sale. It sucks considering the price of single. But at same time , bcoz of it being costly physical single. It can be among top 3 songs of year on ifpi. Still i wish it is counted as an album bcoz of it being expensive

    Yes, its more expensive then some albums. But its a collector item, so.


    I dont think it will count for IFPI singles, since its explicitly named "digital singles chart". We could have seen some of the Japanese huge physical singles there, if they counted them and weighed them according to revenue.
