No, I put a time stamp on the video that's probably why it confused you. There's a glitch where the longer you stay after falling on water and stuck under the boat the higher the game elevates you when you get out. So the guy stayed 5 hours under the boat and when he got unstuck, he was sent flying through the clouds then he moved towards Celestia while restoring his stamina with snacks.
