Nope.

Cuz a lot of trumpets believe that Trump won the 2020 electron and hence was the true president from 2020-2024 so technically he already served his second term.

The term limit wasn't in place during FDR's presidency. Even if we managed to elect the best president ever who magically turns the country into a utopia (which is certainly not Trump), the rule still shouldn't be changed or an exception made for anyone. Even FDR lost support after his second term, despite it being legal at the time for him to break with tradition by running again.
