Yoochun has been active in Japan the last 2 years, he was supposed to have a Korean comeback last year too but they blocked him from broadcast for the same reason they have blocked T.O.P and blurred him out in shows he has been on, because weed. ...

freakin dumb as shit, worse things out there and they punish for something little like that. absolutely ridiculous.

i am personally not a fan of it, i don't like the smell, it gives me bad headaches. However, if someone wants it for relaxation/medicinal purposes, as long as they aren't out there reselling it. just let them be. He was harming himself not anyone else, and it's apparently not that harmful. they still get high and shouldn't be operating vehicles or anything but seriously. there are people out there doing much worse then someone touching grass.
