  • I don't blame them, but Kpop as a whole is in a difficult position where it's increasingly compelled to cater to an overseas audience while also not losing sight of its domestic audience. It's awkward because, while the international appeal is obviously there, it arguably still isn't strong enough for them to go ahead and create an entirely separate program for international audiences, such as what Mtv did in Europe with the VMAs. So they end up torn between two worlds and not entirely satisfying either of them.

nope it's lack of big modern venues with full roof

Inspire Arena is new, bright, and shiny but it just has capacity of 15k fans and with all those moving and flying led screens there...

well let's just say it's better to do it in Japan, more fans, more tickets, grand stage, and all that

I'm sure it's more profitable for them to hold at least a portion of the show in a larger venue, but if Kpop weren't already popular in places like Japan, that wouldn't be a practical alternative, and they'd have to settle for a smaller Korean venue. This theory also doesn't account for the LA venue, which is merely a theater that seats less than 4,000.

I believe LA is kind of like and theatre situation

you know more like a introduction ceremony

they will probably fly there some actors

    maybe 2-3 acts will perform

maybe they will manage to get one Blackpink member to perform there

or some popular rookie boy group
