Can blocked users view my profile?

I have my “Can View My Profile” setting set to “Registered Users”, but can blocked users still view my profile?

If you set the "Can View My Profile" setting to "Everyone", "Registered Users", or "Users I Follow", then only those people can view the profile.

Regardless of what setting you choose (even if you choose "No One"), only staff is able to bypass whatever setting you put as your "Can View My Profile" setting.

If you block someone, then that user cannot give you a follow and can't even private message you. Blocked users can view your profile only if you have the "Everyone", "Registered Users", or "Users I Follow" setting on. I know the username of someone who blocked me (I'm not gonna mention who it is), but I can still see that person's profile. Blocking someone and someone being able to see your profile are two different things.
